What is RAG and do I need it?
Retrieval-Augmented Generation: the model answers based on your own data, not just training data. You need it when the model should answer about your product, your contracts, or internal knowledge. Pure general-knowledge questions don't need RAG.

We don't train foundation models — the market delivers better ones. We do fine-tuning, RAG, and prompt engineering on existing models, which is enough for 95 % of use cases and a fraction of the cost.
