We take the protection of your personal data seriously. Personal data is collected on this website only to the extent technically necessary. This privacy policy describes how and for what purpose.

3. Hosting

This website is hosted on Azure Static Web Apps in the West Europe region (Netherlands). The provider is Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited, One Microsoft Place, South County Business Park, Leopardstown, Dublin 18, Ireland.

When the website is accessed, Microsoft processes technically necessary server log files (in particular: IP address, date/time of the request, requested URL, browser type, operating system, referrer URL). This processing is necessary for delivery and security of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest). Details in Microsoft’s privacy statement: privacy.microsoft.com .

4. Fonts

This website uses the fonts Inter and JetBrains Mono. Both fonts are served exclusively from this website’s own server (self-hosted). There is no connection to Google Fonts or any other third-party font provider.

This website currently sets no cookies and uses no tracking or analytics tools. If this changes, we will inform you here and obtain your consent where required.

If you contact us by email or phone, the data you provide (name, contact details, content of the message) is processed exclusively to handle your inquiry. Legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in handling your inquiry).

We retain your data for as long as necessary to answer your inquiry and delete it afterwards unless statutory retention obligations apply.

7. Online appointment booking (Microsoft 365 Bookings)

For online appointment booking we use Microsoft 365 Bookings, embedded on our contact page as an iFrame from outlook.office.com. The provider is Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited (see section 3 — Microsoft also hosts the website itself).

When the contact page loads, the Bookings iFrame is fetched from outlook.office.com. Microsoft processes technically necessary data in this step (in particular IP address, browser information, date/time). Only when you actively book a slot do you transmit additional data to Microsoft 365 Bookings — in particular name, email address, the chosen time slot, and an optional note about the meeting.

Legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) — booked appointments serve as preparation for a no-obligation first call with Tech42. Booking data is processed in our Microsoft 365 tenant; a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR and the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) for international transfer are in place with Microsoft. For security reasons, this website uses SSL/TLS encryption for the transmission of sensitive content (recognisable by https:// and the padlock symbol in your browser address bar).
