A scalable AI platform that automatically captures tenders, classifies them semantically, matches user profiles, and generates personalised cover letters — fully end-to-end automated.
Starting point
Tenders are published across many different platforms — mostly unstructured and time-consuming to analyse. For companies and professionals this means:
- High manual research effort
- Difficult comparability between tenders
- Unclear judgement of whether applying is worthwhile
- Time-consuming creation of individual cover letters
The goal: a central, intelligent tender platform that massively simplifies and automates the entire process from search to application.
Solution
We built a scalable, AI-driven platform that automatically captures tenders, processes them semantically, and provides users with highly personalised decision support and application assistance.
1. Automated capture (crawler)
Specialised crawlers continuously scan relevant sources and capture new tenders automatically. Content is normalised, structured, and stored with version control.

2. AI-based analysis & enrichment
Every tender is processed by AI:
- Automatic content summarisation
- Extraction of relevant keywords, technologies, and requirements
- Semantic classification by topic, industry, and role
This enrichment forms the basis for highly precise search and filtering.
3. Intelligent frontend with semantic search
A modern frontend enables users to:
- Run full-text and semantic searches
- Filter by skills, technologies, regions, and industries
- Quickly grasp relevant content through AI summaries
Search works not just on keywords but content- and context-aware.
4. AI matching & scoring
Based on the individual user profile (including CV, skills, experience), the AI calculates a matching score per tender.
The score answers, among other things:
- How well does the profile fit the tender?
- Where are strengths and gaps?
- Is an application realistically worthwhile?
Result: users make informed decisions and invest their time only in tenders that actually fit.
5. Automated cover letter
If the user decides to apply, the AI automatically generates an individualised cover letter matching the tender:
- References to concrete requirements
- Consideration of profile, experience, and strengths
- Linguistically consistent and professional
Optionally, the user can adjust the letter further or use it directly.
